Well done to all athletes and coaches for a great S2 IASAS. A huge thanks to all our host families who supported the swimming event at ISM by housing visiting swimmers. Results-Gold for Boys Tennis. Silver medals for Girls Swimming, Girls Tennis, Girls Touch, Boys Rugby and Boys Basketball. Girls basketball  4th and Boys swimming 5th. Well done athletes and coaches. HS S2 sports awards are Feb 13th 5:30 pm at FAT.

Girls 4X100 Free relay Bronze (Natalie,Rowena, Amina,Jennifer). Boys 4×100 Free (Jacobo,Mirza,Ian,Chris)

It is IASAS week and we are grateful for our Bearcat community support to house all the visiting swimmers this week. Your contribution to house makes this a great event for all the swimmers.

IASAS swim meet webpage is available for all the necessary information. Racing starts Thursday-Saturday. It is a going to be a great event come out to support our Bearcats swim team as they race for medals here at home this week.

Good luck to our traveling Bearcats next week for Basketball at SAS/Tennis at ISB and Rugby&Touch at ISKL. Schedules, live streams/results will be available via season 2 page at  www.iasas.asia

Congratulations to our IASAS Chess exchange team who placed 3rd in the online IASAS chess exchange held last Saturday Jan 26th.

Well done to our MS Gold boys basketball team who won their season ending tournament at Brent and also to our JV girls and boys who both won div 2 of the Hardeman Cup tournament at Faith. Varsity boys placed 2nd and Varsity girls placed 4th. A great weekend of local league basketball. At ISM this past Saturday we hosted the MS/JV rugby finals. ISM u/13 lost the final to Bulacan and the u/15 and JV Gold teams both won with fantastic last second scores in what was a great day of local league rugby. Well done to all teams and coaches.

S2 has now concluded. Posted HERE  is the tryouts/practice schedule for S3 sports February to Mid April. S3 sports for MS are- Badminton, Track & Field, Mixed Touch and *Golf (gr 7/8 only with previous golf experience and own clubs). S3 sports for HS are- Badminton, T&F, Golf, Baseball and Softball.

Coaches will advise players in advance of matches at weekly training sessions.

For gymnastics team information please check Gymnastics blog or look for Coach Jas or Coach Ramon at the MS gym if you have gymnastics teams questions. Please note the practice times for ATAC programs for SY 18-19 are as follows:

  • All year round team team training sessions are – 3:15-4:30. See schedule for our All year round teams program here
  • See Sailfish blog for swim squad start and finish times after the tryouts period has concluded and squads have been finalised.
  • Gymnastics team training is  3:10-4:50pm every M,W,F

All HS seasonal teams practice from 3:05- 4:50pm.MS seasonal teams practice 3:15-4:45pm.In order to clear the campus prior to 5pm all after school programs will conclude by 4:50pm or earlier. The last bus is 4:55pm  this is due to the ever increasing traffic concerns in our area.
