Week 10, Oct 8-12, 2018

IASAS teams have been finalized by the coaches and congratulations to all players selected to represent ISM in Singapore for soccer and Kuala Lumpur for Volleyball/XCountry. IASAS send off lunch and assembly will be Mon Oct 15th at the LT at lunchtime and at Fine Arts Theatre at 2:35pm for the assembly. Follow all the IASAS action next week at www.iasas.asia for live streaming/results. Tournament action is from Thurs Oct 18-Sat Oct 20.

ES/MS  Rifa Festival Soccer- The finals for Rifa festivals for E/G divisions were held last Saturday Oct 6th. Well done to all teams and a big congratulations for the following results-G2 team Champions in G division cup final, E1 team 4th in E division cup final, G1 team 4th in G division plate final. The girls festival teams also played finals Saturday afternoon Oct 6th. Girls results- Girls Gold 3rd place, Girls Green 2nd place, Girls White 2nd place, ES girls team 2nd place. All festival teams  will continue training this week to conclude the soccer season.

Well done to our wall climbing team members who participated in the climbing meet on Saturday. Of the 10 participants ISM climbers did very well with 1 gold, 2 silvers and 1 bronze medal.

Upcoming matches– check game schedule via parent portal for exact date/times venues for all weekday and weekend matches. Coaches will advise players in advance of matches at weekly training sessions.

Please note the practice times for ATAC programs for SY 18-19 are as follows:
  • All year round team team training sessions are – 3:15-4:30. See schedule for our All year round teams program here
  • See Sailfish blog for swim squad start and finish times after the tryouts period has concluded and squads have been finalised.
  • Gymnastics team training is  3:10-4:50pm every M,W,F
All HS seasonal teams practice from 3:05- 4:50pm.
MS seasonal teams practice 3:15-4:45pm.
In order to clear the campus prior to 5pm all after school programs will conclude by 4:50pm or earlier. The last bus is 4:55pm  this is due to the ever increasing traffic concerns in our area.
