Week 35 May 8-12, 2017

Practice schedule for S4 sports ​is​ posted to ATAC blog schedules page and is on notice boards at school​. S4 runs from week of April 17 to June 2nd and is designated as pre season training for S1 teams and other sports offered by coaches. Current Grade 8 stud​ents who will enter grade 9 next year should attend HS training sessions offered.

We are also running a MS Baseball and Softball development program at the HS field. Any MS students from grades 5​-7 are welcome to join. Softball Mon/Tues and Baseball is Wed/Thurs. If you have questions talk with Coach Tim Benford and Coach Angela Respecki.​

​A big thanks to our ISM Gymnasts and coaches for a wonderful meet held last Saturday. A great day of excellent performances on show at our annual Goodwill Gymnastics meet.  Results summary will be posted to the ATAC blog gymnastics page this week. Well done to all involved especially ISM Gymnastics team, our  team coaches and a big thanks to our ISM gymnastics parent volunteers who helped in the lead up to and at the meet on Saturday. Your assistance was very much appreciated to help facilitate a great meet for our team of gymnasts and for all teams who competed.
Bearcat gymnasts 2017 Goodwill Meet
This weekend we host the ISM Judo meet. Competition will begin from 9am Saturday morning at the MS gym. Best wishes to our ISM Judo team members and thanks in advance to Coach Freddie for the planning and preparations he had done to coordinate the visiting judo teams and clubs to attend the meet.
Our Mixed Touch team will be heading off to Jakarta this weekend. After 12 weeks of training our squad is well prepared and ready for the trip this weekend to conclude their season. Best wishes to all players and a big thanks to Head coach Di Van de Merwe, Coach Govier and Coach Durkin for your work to prepare our MS Touch Bearcats.
Sailfish will be hosting the final Aquathon of the year this Saturday from 7am-12noon at the MS field and swimming pool. Contact Coach Hazel at the pool office if you would like to enter and for more information.

For our All Year Round teams- Wall Climbing, Chess, Judo, TKD, Aikido, Table Tennis -As these programs are year round it is possible for students to join during the year as long as space is available. ATAC Gymnastics team practices 3:10-4:50 M/W/F
All HS seasonal teams practice from 3:05- 4:50pm on their respective practice afternoons. MS seasonal teams practice from 3:15-4:45pm.In order to clear the campus prior to 5pm all after school programs will conclude by 4:50pm or earlier. The last bus is 4:55pm  this is due to the ever increasing traffic concerns in our area.
